Default 3 Kills and One Death Long story

I really only drive my car on the weekends right now because I drive a civic around during the week because I drive so much. I was excited to drive it just to feel the difference. I have actually had 4 races in the past 2 days which was awesome! Following are the results.

1st race: Honda S2000: I try to catch up to this yellow S2000 since I hadn't had a race for a while. I finally catch up to the guy at the light, and he was back a little bit and didn't seem like he was interested. He was mid 30's probably so I figured that was why. I go regular, and I notice that he comes nose to nose, and I'm sure everyone has had that race where they are just going to see if the other person goes. Well the S2000 took off first, but I thought nothing of it because I've beaten quite a few pretty badly. So I hit it while in first and shift into second. I catch up a little, and then about at 70 I shift into third, and he slowly starts pulling away. I was actually really surprised. The car sounded good, and I don't wanna make excuses, but I thought I heard a blow off valve. He might have just beat my straight up though since I changed my o2's and haven't gotten a retune since.

Went and got the car tuned! lol

2nd race: Newer Challenger R/T: We're on the highway and this orange Challenger is flying up. He passed me quickly while I was just driving regular, so I def had to catch him quick. We go from about 70 and I leave him like nothing. I was surprised, but heard that these are extremely heavy and not too impressive. The SRT is apparently a different story.

3rd race: SRT 4 neon: I've ran a couple before, and usually the same income. This guy and I are sitting at a light and he takes off. I didn't because my fiance was in the car and isn't too happy hearing about me racing. I look over at the guy and his friend while I'm about to turn right and they go straight and I just shake my head. The guy immediately gets behind me to turn right and when we turn right he gets right next to me and keeps taking off and letting off so I can hear his mighty T3. (No offense to SRT's just being big headed lol). I put it into second at about 40-45 and I hit it the next time he lunged. He kept on it and I immediately put about a car and a half while shifting into third and I left off. The fiance actually wasn't mad! I guess you should only follow someone if you're positive you're gonna win lol.

4th race: Scion TC: Kind of pointless and it was stock, but the guy was really cool. My buddy was riding with me and we came up to a stop light. The guy took off at a roll which I didn't expect so I hit it and passed him. I told him that thing is quicker than I thought! He said me too and your exhaust sounds really good. I said we'll see how quick it is when this light changes and he said ok! We go and even though my car felt pretty week for some reason, it was not very pretty for him. He gave a thumbs up and was a pretty cool guy.

Summary: S2000 loss, Challenger win, SRT 4 win, Scion win. I really wanna face the S2000 again though since I got my car retuned and it's running a lot stronger.

Something was up with that S2000, you should've destroyed him. Good runs!

Nice wins. Yea the honda doesn't make much sense but I guess some people mod them also. Don't mind the long story. Most of us are buried in snow. And have no stories to tell.

It's nice to get at least two comments. I was actually surprised there weren't more.

If oxygen sensors require you to retune a 300rwhp car....you need to invest in another vehicle. I was stalled/nitrous/tired/LT's and didn't get a tune til I had a cam installed....and the car ran low 7's before the tune, even with a .6xx lift.

S197s are some finicky sombiches. I put a catted Bassani on the other day and now it won't idle at a steady RPM. It floats up and down from 760-780 and threw a CEL. I pulled the code and its a "insufficient catalyst".

Anyone have any ideas on this S2K Ibballin got outran by?

Tell me about it, you would think a $560 pipe would be better than that, not to mention the car trying to act up. It did make a noticeable difference in power though.
