370z and New WRX STI
Last night heading home from work when I was getting on the off ramp I saw a new hatchback STI. It looked and sounded good, so I caught up quick to see if I could get the guy to run.
The first run was in fourth, and it really wasn't much of a run cause we were testing each other out. We both hit it pretty late and went into fifth and I had him by a good length.
The guy passed after I slowed down and gave a thumbs up. I caught up again and said let's do a three honk from 65! The guy said ok and we both down shifted.I was in third. He honked it off and got about a quarter car jump just from hitting it first, and by the time I shifted into fourth I had him by about a half car, and it just got ugly quick.
We both got off at the exit, and he pulled next to me and asked what I had done. I said a couple bolt ons. Super surprisedI won when I found out he had full exhaust and tune.
On the way to work this morning I saw a young guy in a white 370Z. He kept zooming in and out of traffic, so I let him go. It finally came to where there was an open road and I caught up. The guy asked how much hp I had, and I said about 350. He said I have 330 let's go! And he hit it without even honking lol. It's ok though cause I was ready and passed him pretty quickly.
Couple decent cars I raced with a good outcome. Can't wait to get the Vortech on!
