I dont think the picture does the gaudiness of the 5.0 interior justice.
Im not trying to get into a weight debate. Was just a smart *** comment on my hatred for that cars interior.
Whatever the weight, power or whatever, it was a pretty fun time and it was what it was. Dont think youre ever actually gonna get a "fair" race on the street.

Just a personal opinion. To each their own. I just prefer cheap plain black plastic to flashy chrome accent crap and mood lighting all over the place.

OMFG!!! a passenger equals 170lbs or 20hp or 1.7 tenths in the 1/4 oh sweet baby jesus. he had quite the advantage indeed.
Have you made it to the track the third horseman? I haven't seen anyone with really positive numbers to report from there with a vortech.. mostly street killz.. Just curious because you mention no fair races on the street.

Its like the import guys saying no fair because they have 4 cyl and we have 8. Who cares, a faster car is a faster car, period. I know a S/C 5.0 would take me, but just so happens this one wasnt.

12.20 is the fastest Ive gotten driving. My buddy with a considerably larger amount of skill managed a best of 11.87.
