3.7 vs 07 GT

................but I reeled him in and took home the trophy for V6 bolt-ons. They were good people, I hope to race that car again this October at an event planned in Maryland, I'm sure if they attend they will have something for me.
.
I loved that 3.7 I was racng against, I'm sure it will get under a 13.5 sooner rather than later. I really like the headlight covesr, and talked to the guy that drove that car (not his car though). Went I got home I ordered the same headlight covers, here they are.
.
That should cut off at least a tenth in the 1/4 , right? Lol, but I like the look.

Your work buddy must not have been pushing it too hard. I've raced two hotshots in their new 3.7s-- one still had the in-transits on, and beat both handily. The one took off quick from a light and I didnt even know he was going to race; but I still reeled him in after he got the cheap shot 1/2 car lead.

Mach's are 4v's. The 2005-2010 GT's are 3v's. While a 2005-2010 GT is a very decent match up for a 3.7L with the advantage in the 3v's favor, once the mods start, the 3v's respond better to mods. I'm sure you could take one though, as they're close enough of a match where the better driver usually wins.

Thanks, I like the look. Now I need to tint the windows.
