Yes he would have. Every time I have been to Fontucky and watched the SRT-8's they have all ran high 13's. I know they run low 13's everywhere else and they can be beasts, just have yet to see them run the number here. Cubano's car runs good for what little mods he has and a heads up race against an SRT-8 Jeep from a dig would be exactly as he stated, although I think the Jeep would put a few more cars on him from the start.
