I regret getting rid of it. I wish i still had it. I was going to put forged pistons in it, fully ported head, fully ported intake, cams , meth and e 85.But i got laid off from work , and having 2 kids and a house it had to go.

And that measly 322 whp was done with out even getting into the motor.
Didnt say i was smart. lol. I do like the mustang, i hate front wheel drive. i did run stickys on it tho. At about 2500 lbs the cobalt would move.

did you make some money off it when you sold it even after buying the mustang? cause you'd think the cobalt would be as good with kids as a mustang, but also being newer with a lot better mpg's, and quite a bit faster.

Peak numbers aren't really the Balts thing. Their curve is amazing. They pull the same all the way across the RPM range. Mine did 13.4 at 106 with 250 whp on a 2.1 60'.

Remember the OP has a Non PI GT. There is a huge difference in power than regular PI..

No , i took off all the bolt ons and put it back stock.
It got repoed. I had no other way out. i went from 800 a week to 400 a week. i just couldnt pay for everything. If the bank ( chase) would of worked with me for 1 more month i would of been ok cause i got my job back. They laid off over 60 people where i worked at.I have been back now for 2 years and i have 100 people under me, so its time to build the mustang now.

Thats true .i didnt notice he had a non pi.

I never had mine to the track. I have no idea what it would off ran. If i had to guess, i would say 12.80s at around 112 or so.
