Had some fun at 4am in the middle of no where against a base Audi R8 with my new stock 2012 5.0. Kept up dead even until about 125? Haven't even looked at it but Im assuming it would have been a little faster lol.. A little fun before a horrible winter

I'm surprised at the outcome. I've raced and R8 from a 40 roll (my sweet spot) and he pulled about a car length on me when we let out at around 130... and I've pulled every 5.0 I've ran.

Must have been the V8 R8. Still, I'd think he'd pull you a little but not too surpised it was close.

Wow nice run OP. I was always under the impression those R8s were in exotic performance territory (lambos, and ferraris?).

That is pretty awesome though.

Boss beat r8 v8 around laguna seca by a second or so, theres a v10 version that didn't get much better then the boss.
