'12 v6- little 1/8th mile action *vid*
Couldnt make the trip to the 1/4 mile, so I settled for the local 1/8th mile track. I was hoping for 8.50s on the street tires, but only got a best of 8.67 @ 82.6 on a 1.96 60ft.
Our buddy just got an '08 gt/cs 2 weeks ago, completely stock, and he came out too. Only other time he's been on a track was in his sn95 auto v6, so he's figuring things out. Also ran another 3v, unknown mods but at least some exhaust work.
Theres also some vids of a baby-cammed, sprayed ls2 goat, a 2v (unknown mods) on slicks pulling the front left, and a wicked 1st gen neon.... Thanks for looking!

Preciate it guys! Ive been living in the shadows of my dad and younger brother when it comes to the driver mod, but its coming around more with each pass. I managed 1.96, 1.98, and 1.99 60s, along with a handful of 2.0s, on these stocker street rubber.
I will admit my shifts are pretty slow. I didnt powershift much at all last night. To be perfectly honest, Im scared of my tranny, lol. Just seems when I powershift sometimes, either my foots faster, or my hand is, and things dont always work out, haha. So in that respect, Im working on it, but everyone misses a gear now n then dont they?
Edit: said I was scared of the tranny, then talk about how I mess the shifts up, lol. What Im afraid of is the tranny being made of glass and not liking the missed shifts. Plus it locks me out of 2nd and 4th sometimes, or so it seems. Sometimes I just have to go to the next gear up.... :/
