Default Turbo RSX vs '02 GT conv.

was headed to get something to eat with my roommate when i got next to a black rsx with a noticeable BOV. We kinda messed around for a bit and it ended up we were both headed to the same place. So i asked if he wanted to have a go after we were done. I let him set the terms he wanted a 25 mph roll cause his tires were pretty warn and i let him have the horn count. First run I walked away from him somewhat slow because i wasnt paying attention and bounced the rev limiter in first. the second run i left him behind pretty fast. we pulled over in a parking lot an chatted for a bit about the cars. It didnt even occur to me to ask how much boost he was running but it had exhaust, filter, turbo with a stock ecu and a piggy back for the fuel and ignition. Also the roommate decided that blasting the Beastie boys sabotage was the best theme music for the race, i would have to agree.

It was the warn tires that ruined the runs for the RSX

Maybe it was a base RSX, not the Type S you guys are thinking about.

Base RSX actually do a little better down low. With the right turbo/tuning, I could see a base RSX being nasty.

Well a stock Type S can hit that, so that shows how this one runs.
