Yeah, he was super smug afterwards too. REALLY complimenting my car, "man you had me worried for a second", normal conversation for normal folks, but to me I feel he was trying to be sly. He's quicker on his street tire than I am for sure, but dont see a 8.19 on the same tire he ran on Saturday. But no worries on my end, he got me that time.

Makes me wonder what that 2v had done? He's running 4 tenths quicker than me? Maybe with my new tires I can cut something similar to that? I hate smug, I'm confident and all but smugness bugs me. I wish you had treed him lol

Over the past 2 years hes gotten a pretty good driver mod and learning to get cars out tge hole on street tires when at the track but its a 98gt with an 02 pi swapped motor and full bolt on's minus udp's and lt's. Has 3.73's and the spare tire removed put down 261whp 303wtq and ill admit its a pretty strong 2v car for sure.

I think with a bit more track practice and learning your car from a stop along with another bolt on or 2 you can get to those times crash

LOVED that video. You definately have an impressive ride. Nice times!! If it were me, I might be tempted to hide a small shot of nitrous on it, and go run some 7.80-7.90s and watch peoples jaws drop

Lol go on and keep your 100 bux bc I highly doubt I could drop the et's on that car 2 tenths. But it would be fun as hell making a few passes in the 6er for sure! !
