Last Friday at thunder valley a few of my friends raced. The 5.0 has the roush supercharger with a jlt big air intake,full exhaust and dyno tune.

Srt8 426CI engine, 55 shot, full suspension. My guess is that he will be upping the nos shot because it's set up for a 300shot. He just has to buy fuel pump and roll cage.

What happened to the SRT8 on the second run? Mustang caught him like we was coasting. The SRT8 gets out of the hole nice.

Dang!! That srt8 is fast when he uses nos! Good race second time around when it was all motor

Yeah the only reason he hasn't bumped the nos is because he is at the max of BOTH his fuel pumps lol. After that loss he's going to replace the pumps is my guess

Yeah, I refuse to call is nos. NO2 or nitrous is what I call it.

Haha ok. He forgot to turn on his Zex nitrous bottle. Better? Lol I hope he gets the roll cage I would love to see the challenger in the 9s... But the mustang ran a 11.2 that night with a DA of 3800

Well, being boosted DA correction doesn't help as much being NA. Corrects to 10.68 at 135mph for NA, versus 10.82 at 133mph for SC'ed

there is probably a lot more left in that 5.0 as far as ET goes with a 129mph trap. he went around the water box and not much of a burn out... so I'm guessing he is on street tires, a wheel/tire upgrade would go a long way. several people have gone high 9s with the roush tvs blower
