Default My new SHO

Ran at US131 today. Best of 13.42@ 104.08 and a worst of 13.50 @ 103.70.
Suprised me!

Best 60ft was 2.00

When I have time I`ll get the slips up.

^ It's a stock SHO I believe. You will deff be knocking on the 12's if not solid 12 with just a tune. Those are super good times!

Car is new, stock SHO with the performance package. 365 HP, 350 lbs torque, twin turbo. Weight is 4335 on US131 scales without me with 1/2 tank fuel.Temp was 41 degrees and I`m on 93 octane gass.

Details on slips is posted in Bench racing in my thread there. I`ll get them up as soon as I get my new scanner working.

Thanks ctgreddy. I`ll need a tune to make this thing exciting to drive. It handles well enough that the 1/4 stock is, well, almost boring, just not quite.
A good tune should put it at or below the 12 mark. I`m happy, happy, happy!

Why do they make these cars so heavy. . Would fly at sub 3500lbs... Especially after a tune.

They need to put this engine in a lighter car, one designed just for this type of powerplant. The Taurus SHO is just a very large sedan with this stuffed into it.
