Ran the G8 GT Last Night
So went for a cruise last night, buddy with the G8 came along with me. Other buddy with the SS couldn't make it.
First run was about a 35-40mph roll. For whatever reason when I stood on it mine didn't get the hard downshift it just pulled steadily and the G8 pulled on me pretty good. Next race I got him to start around 55-60mph I got my downshift and put a couple cars on it easy. And same thing once more after that.
He's got full kooks exhaust and a vector data log tune. And a valant CAI which is going to be replaced with something else.
With a Dyno tune and that full exhaust I think He'll be right with my car as it sits on motor

No not yet I'm gonna drag him to the track. He needs driver mod but I'm curious to see it run. Its a cool car. If the weather clears we will be doing some runs from a dig which I'll get video of

I figured hed be just behind me but i was worried on the first run because i could tell there was no stopping his pull. But i also knew it was a bad run on my cars part i could feel it. The next too runs basically right off the start Id put say 1/4 to half a car on him then once i got the revs way up there I was pulling away steadily. But the car definitely hangs with mine which is pretty good considering the size and weight. Like i said i really want to get some runs from a dig. Plus that will give him an idea of what it should do at the track. But i think the dyno tune will help a lot.
