Nothing to brag about, but went up against a modded 03 WRX.

He kept hitting the throttle and taking off so I took the bait.

He honked and we went on 3 and immediately put 3-4 then 5 cars on me before the auto trans finally kicked down and decided to take off lol

It was alright, he had the faster car and mine is obviously stock.

I went home and loaded up a canned 91 performance tune on my SCTx3 tuner and woke it up some but still would have made no difference unless it was fro a very low roll like 30 so I can punch it in 1st gear.

Back in the days, my Vortech V3@10 psi and 4.10s would have taken care of him!

Get you some mods man. 3Vs can still respond well to simple stuff.

For sure.

I had a 08 with a Vortech V3 intercooled and 10 psi. Before that it was just 4.10s and bolt on's and still quick.

It's more of a road trip vehicle than anything else for the future...

I just tuned it and it actually feels plenty fast for me lol
