Yes true I guess for you... with 2.73's ... wow lol. on an auto.
but still you should be able to take care of them, what do you run stock like a 13.4-13.5?
most of them stock run higher 13's... and then on the freeway/roll etc.. you should stomp them pretty nicely. right?

but anywyas my friend has a bone stock ls1 f-body... (same one I said ran 12.8-12.9 with just BFG DR tire in the rear)
he has a manual tran tho, 6 speed. and yeah even with his stocker tires on 05 manutal GTs (never raced and 06, but same as 05) do not hold up.
