Am I low on HP?

Am I low on HP?
I have a 96 Cobra with borla catback, K&N, Ford Racing Wires, MSD Ignition Modules, and King Cobra Clutch. Car has 56,000 miles on it, is fairly well maintained, and is running 93 octane. I just got the car dynoed on a dynojet and it made torque and HP of 251. Does that sound accurate or am I low on power for some reason? If you think im low on power any suggestions why? I am looking into some heavier mods but want to make sure I dont have any other performance Issues first.

RE: Am I low on HP?
No, you are right within the normal factory variance. FYI though, dynos can vary greatly. Factors such as tire pressure, weather, heatsoak, and even how tight the car is strapped down can all influence the car in a negative way.
If you take a commonly accepted drivetrain loss such as 15% Your flywheel numbers are: 295hp
So if you add in the previous mentioned variables you are more than likely fine. I am by no means guaranteeing your car is fine, just letting you know what could influence your numbers.
Have it checked out if you are concerned.
Oh and if you havent yet, clean your IMRC's

RE: Am I low on HP?
my 97 dynoed 265hp/275tq with a K&N on a dynojet.. so you might be a little low.. what was your a/f ratio? You might just need to clean your MAF and change your plugs and fuel filter.. helped my car out a ton when I did that.. it was chopy as hell in the higer rpms unitll then.. really smoothed it out a lot.

RE: Am I low on HP?
I changed the plugs, wires, and fuel filter about 10k to 5 k ago. Just cleaned the MAF and K&N since the dyno, but dont notice a diffrence.
How would you suggest cleaning the IMRC's. Would that be the Seafoam Method?
The car does not run choppy on the high end though.
No I didnt use midpipes or headers or anything.
The borla is pretty good. Oviously wasnt a power gain though. I will have a video of me on the dyno eventually if you want to hear it. Dont know what the sound quality will be though.

RE: Am I low on HP?
Ok im a newb to fords and cobras, but not to mechanics. I was just wondering what the IMRC is and where i can find it. My cobra has 112,000 miles so i thinks its due for that. I just did plugs, seafoam, maf cleaner, fuel filter, and oil. Anything else i should replace too?
