i am geting bassani headers for my 1999 cobra thay are mid ligth would normal x pipe fit it or is there another size x pipe i have to buy?

why not just get long tubes? they cost the same, but better performance

I can't speak for that particular make/model of header, but the headers I've looked at have all req'd a new Y pipe. (it's a Y on a Camaro)

Seems to me, that no matter what letter of the alphabet you're talking about, LT's sit lower in the car than stock. At least that's comming from what I've seen thus far. Don't take it as law on your pony cars.

they do sit lower, but even on lowered cars, they cause no problem at all
