will an 03' supercharger fit on my 96' cobra. I want to run about 6 to 8 PSI.

well just think about it bro, an older engine, and your a cobra model base product on it.. Gonna have to do some work, why dont you just get a supercharger for your year and some new headers

i believe its diffrent heads not sure about the manifold however your going to need to mount things and change where some things are mounted such as heat exchanger then you got the alternator bottom line in the end i will cost alot you would be better of just going with like a vortech kit or even just buying a terminator
