hmmm, im not sure what you mean by the race sound but that might be it. Got a link of anything like the race sound? I want it to sound like a musclecar but not an old musclecar. Modern muscle i guess i would call it

i have a bassani xpipe on my 99 with magnaflows and i love the sound friends say it sound kind of liek a ferrari or something but you still know that is a v8 a different but good sound!

You need to visit www.mustangupgrades.net or www.mustangexhaust.com to hear the differant setups. The first site is mainly catback clips (great quality), while the second one will have differant configurations like a flowmaster and h pipe setup or magnaflow and x pipe. The x pipe will give more of a nascar sound while the h pipe will sound like a 60's big block. We all debate on which will give more power but honestly if one does, it will be maybe a few horses. Really it will come down to which sound you like better.

they only I think make one h pipe for a 03-04 cobra and it is MRT h-pipe. I also think they might have mac.
