Default Royal Purple Ice Good for Cobras?

Has anyone added Royal Purple Ice radiator coolant additive on their Cobra?
http://www.royalpurple.com/prodsa/prpice.html
They make some great claims and I've seen them referenced in mustang magazines (Modified Mustangs) but I get concerned anytime I consider products like these. Any input is appreciated!

I did not know that Royal Purple had a coolant. There oil works good with my vette. They are a reputable company in my opinion and if it is a reliable magazine then yea I would give it a shot. Just dont get the premixed coolant from any company. Always use distilled water and coolant. Not tap water as it eats at the interior parts and wears out your radiator faster due to the minerals in it.

I am not sure of the Royal Purple coolant addative, but I swear by Redline's "Water Wetter" coolant addative. It should keep your fan from running on high as much by increasing the coolants ability of transfering heat... and in the great state of Texas, that really comes in handy as far as vehicle reliability goes... But I am not very sure that it makes any real difference in HP. At least not once the car has warmed up to it's thermostat-set operating temperature.

use it and like it...keeps the temp nice while not needing too much fan in the heat...good $8 investment in my opinion
