Ford dealer hasan 03 Cobra here for sale, Black, 25,000km, all stock.

So far I know....black paint looks kinda crappy, engine never washed, tires changed. Does this seem like abuse or neglect to you?

When I go look at it, anything specific to look for? Any common problems? etc...

Well look under the oilcap for shrapnel (sp?) check for leaks around radiator, under car, power steering, brakes, and of course check the oil level. See if its too high or too low. Take it for a test drive and turn the radio off. If the sales man turns it on, which is what the ford sales man kept trying to do to me, then just turn it off and tell him you rather hear the car instead of the radio, they usually stop at that point. If you hear something wierd well then investigate it as much as possible and if its too much then just pass. Check to see if out in back the exhaust isnt smoking some wierd colors after it warms up. Make sure the tank is not on "low fuel" and BE SURE the car is warmed up when you take it for a drive, Also be sure to look at the tires for any unusual ware. Last but not least dont be scared to floor it and have fun. (If the sales rep says dont floor it then tell him theres no deal without it) Good luck!

be sure to ask if it's under warranty too...it could be neglect or just some 35 year old who's never been into cars had a mid life crisis and bought a cobra doing only what the manual said to do and didn't really have a clue about what he was doing. Either way follow crazyfast stuff and remember, if its under warranty, it should be fixed for free
