I own a 99 cobra that i just picked up and I want to look into a new catback. I heard things about both bassani and SLP LM's. Bassani has a 4" tip and the slp has a 3.5" tip and i would figure the 4" tip on the bassani would look too goofy on the car. Was wondering if anyone has any pics of their car with either of the two on the car?

AlsoI heard both companies make great catbacks and was wondering everyones opinions on both. I was looking into getting the bassani headers and X-pipe.

You gotta see the SLP tips in person, they are HAWT!!!!!!!!
( I really must stop telling every one how great the SLP's are, every body is gettin them & my car dosnt stand out like before)

damn i was hoping it wouldnt come down to the SLP catback....lol.

basically cause its too much clamps holding an exhaust up. We put a 3" turbo back on my boys Anni. GTI and we tightened those damn clamps soooooooooooo tight and it still had a slight leak.

ah well.....as long as the car sounds hot.

I had SLP`s on my 04 GT and I also have them on my 03 Cobra

SLP's are pure nasty on a cobra. Three of my buddies have them, and they sound killer. The only thing I think might sound just as good is the steeda side exhaust.

nah def. not a enthusiast of the side exhaust unless it came on the older roush's....

SLP's all the way dude. I have them and they simply rip. No other mustang sounds near as bad *** or loud as mine I love it!!!

listen to bassani first! compared to slp my bassani stuff is almost as loud but has a killer rumble.

and bassani and slp bolth have 3" tips
