I found a TT setup that includes everything but the turbo manifold/turbo headers. And that is where I am stuck currently. Looked online, and found places that'll do them but i am looking at near 1200 a piece. that would be 2400.00 and the kit itself is only 899.00. At that price i might as well buy a Paxton or Vortech kit. Any help is greatly appreciated.. Oh yeah my car is a 1999 Cobra.

I dont know what kind of 'kit' you found for $900. Any piping would be fairly specific to a certain header. I would be terrified of a $1k 'budget' TT setup.

It's a custom kit. So thats why no headers. More of DIY kit. Just has all the pieces minus the headers. Has Turbos T3/T4. intercoolers, all piping and oil feed lines. I asked how they could be so cheap, they responded that they manufacture, ditribute and sell the DIY kits. Makes sense, since the two "Big" names in my hometown, buy Turbonetics turbos, which cost a 1000.00 to begin with. And I am speaking about Hellion and Turbochargedhorsepower

Both of those kits Hellion and Turbotectonics are closer to 10K for an 03/04 Cobra! Good luck with a DIY kit! I want to see the vid when you blow your motor!

The Hellion kit is about 6000.00 for my car. The 1000.00 price tag i mentioned was for the Turbonetics trubo they use. And I wouldn't be boosting my car to 900hp...I'm not that stupid. If i can rig it for single turbo, I will. Most of the guys I know that have their cars set up for TT that go to the track, have done it themselves, and they patchworked their system. 99% of mine would be from a single source. But they rigged BBK headers, i want something specific to what i am doing

So did they give you a pile of random pipe that you have to weld together, or ACTUAL piping for a turbo kit? piping is going to be dramatically different for a twin vs. single turbo setup, so Im not sure how your thinking of pulling that one off. Either way, Your not going to find off-the shelf forward swept headers that will work exactly as they are for a separately manufactured setup. Its not like your connecting heads to an X-pipe which is usually always in the same spot on our cars. Real turbo kits are pretty specific and rarely identical.

My friend had a twin turbo 05 mustang gt. "REAR MOUNTED". He bought the two turbos, fmic, oil lines, waste gates, and blowoff valvesall off of ebay. He custom made all the tubing for the turbos him self. The only problem he had was that his engine didnt have enough pressure to get the twoturbos to spool up. To answer your question you won't find any turbo headers for your car. The only option you have is to get them custom made or just run tubing from your headers to where ever you want your turbos and hope to god that they spool up. Or just mount your turbos right to the bottom of your headers.
