99 Ford Mustang Cobra (35th anniversary edition) convertible. Triple black
Navigator Power Heads long block
72lb injectors

3,5 inch univer upgraded to disc blower

Probably not!!
Mods do not increase the value 9 times out of 10. Have you seen the car? That Body kit looks horrible. 72 LB injectors 700+ horsepower??
Buy a Termi you wont be dissapointed.

for 21k i wouldn't touch it with a 10ft pole... that car I GAURENTEE has been beat to death... That car isn't worth more then 13-15k... You might be inheriting someone elses project... for another 3-4k you can find decently used 03/04 Cobras, or get a regular 99 stock Cobra, or a SN95 (depending on the body style you like more) which you can pick up from 8-12k for SN95 or 12-15k for the 99... and put your own money into this way you know what it's done... and frankly, if you've never driven a car that fast - you probably will wreck it within 2 weeks.

I forgot to mention that the car had all the work done to the car at 25,000 miles he faxed me over all the information, so how much do you think he could beat on it? thanks for the info
