Default Is this a good deal

1998 Mustang Cobra, only 17,700 miles, black/tan, 1 out of 356 produced with this color combo and 1 out of 5,176 ever produced. Premium upgraded rims from the factory mach460 sound system from factory,premium factory crome rims, the car is completely stock, never seen rain or snow, garage kept. Pristine Condition!! $13,990

My dad said he doesnt want me to get it, because its already almost a 10 year old car. Any imput?

thats a pretty good deal but try and see if they can go any lower on the price and the condition on that looks to be flawless

You can catch them for around 8-10K all day. Not gonna be that clean and low mileage of course. Will it be a DD?

The fact that its almost 10 years old is pretty much entirely offset by the fact it was kept in such great condition and it has really really low miles. I agree that you might be able to get it for a little bit less.

You see this kind of low mileage well kept car would be good for someone that's not gonna drive the **** out of it and beat it down. If it's gonna be a summer only cruiser then I say go for it. BTW it is a real nice car.

I just get the impression that a 10 year old car stuff is gonna start breaking but I guess the mileage compensates for it. I called the guy and he said he is 100% firm on the price. I cant afford the 05+ gts but i think i might get like a 03/04 gt. how does a 04 gt compare to a 98 cobra power wise? I already know 2v<4v

trust me, your going to have more fun driving the cobra than a gt. personally, a 98 cobra in that good of condition and that low of milage, i'd take the cobra over a newer gt any day.
