03/04 Supercharger!!

Ok so I had a 97' Cobra.. I crashed that so I bought my brothers 01 Cobra off of him.. Now I want to buy an 03/04 Terminator supercharger and put it on my 01' cobra.. Does anybody know if this would work?? And what type of mod's would I have to do to get this onto my car... Any tips or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!

NOTE: The reason why i'm considering about buying the Terminatior Charger is because I will be getting it practically next to nothing.. The guy will basically be giving it to me..

Are u getting it with the lowerintake manifold, intercooler, heat exchanger and throttle body?? Also, u'll need to relocate ur alternator and im not sure how ur going to get the pulleys to work.

I will be getting everything I need except fuel injectors, and a fuel pump. Okay so where would I be able to put my alternator?

Also your gonna need new timing chain cover, Its not an instant install. Its going to take work, I think there was a link around here on how to do it.
