After putting 3:73 gears in my 99 cobra it threw the speedo off, what i can i do to fix it?
DO i need a new speedo gear or does it run through the abs sensor? Also i have a diablosport computer module and i heard you can set the speedo for different gear changes/ tire changes with the diablo predator programmer. Im not sure what to do. I need answers!!

I had my 99 cobra with 4:10 gears and unlike the 98's and older, this requires a computer reprogram to compensate for the gears. I don't know much about diablo sport chips despite the fact I used to have one, but you don't even need a chip to reprogram the computer for your new gears. Any mustang saavy mechanic with the ability to program computers should be able to do that for you.
