hey guys new member here. i have a 2004 Cobra and I'm trying to think of cheaper mods to add some safe power. any suggestions?

but what size pully should i go with and type of tune that will be safe?

get a 2.76 and snub idler and dyno tune

I'd opt for a 2.93 with a good SCT tune. Your gonna have too much belt slip and too much boost for a non-ported Eaton. You lose all the extra boost either from belt slippage or heat. Play safe, get the 2.93. This combo netted me 454 hp and 492 ft/tq when I ran this combo.

Car looks good man, I had the 2.8 RR Pulley on my cobra with the 100mm Billet Idler and Gatorback belt. That with a good tune, and intake, exhaust should give you 450+rwhp.
Be sure to find a good tuner, most importantly.

doesn't doo much wihtout a port first, we tested it. It bumped the tq about 20 ftlbs but no gain in hp.
