WEIRD click noise in shifter?? 3rd gear

I have an 03 cobra an when I shift into third SOMETIMES I feel a click inside the shifter WHAT THE HELL IS THAT! I just got it 2

A click?

That description won't really help us figure out what it may be. Does it feel like the gear grinds, but you don't hear any noise?

1.Your clutch isnt the whole way to the floor when you shift gears

2.Your synchro is going bad which is most likely what it is since it is onlyone* gear, my 2nd gear synchro went bad
