a little more info would help in terms of the squeeks location. is it inside the car? outside? only when u turn to one extreme or another? as of right now it could be anything from the pump to ball joints to your steering shaft

sounds like steering rack bushings. i'm almost sure that is the problem. does it only do it at a full stop? mine does it, and i've been meaning to get under it and replace them.

I had a 04 GT that had a squeaksound very familiar to what 04Crimson_COBRA is talking about. It was still under warranty at the time, anyways theysaid it was the steering rackbushings also. The mech said it has been a known problemthat plaguesour 2000 + yearmodelMustangs just not enough for a recall though.

Could be tie rods.

Could be tie rods.
This is what people told me since I have the same problem, but I have a Baer bump steer kit that removes the factory tie rods, so I say it's steering bushings.(perfect time for those lowered bushings)My sound is just what he's describing and has the same effect either way I turn the wheel. At a stop or rolling in first you can hear it.
