I wouldn't do the throttle body.. If you eventually plan on sending your blower to be ported by Steg., just let him port the throttle body... it's just as good.
Also, you don't need new injectors. The only things I needed for my port were: BAP, and the MAF2400. I went ahead and did the head cooling mod once I had the blower off, but that's optional (but recommended). When you port the blower you can feel it continue to pull as the boost doesn't drop off... There is a big difference between 430-450rwhp and close to or over 500rwhp... TRUST ME. My car felt completly new after the port - it was great!

That is true about the injectors. They may not be necessary. Normally at the 490-510rwhp level the stock injectors will do just fine. Just don't assume either way. But you definitely will need to upgrade your pumps (BAP or Ford GT pumps) and MAF. Power levels definitely do vary. If you go with a 2.76 upper with the stock lower you should see 500rwhp. But the 2.93 upper with the 4 lb. lower is a great combo with a ported blower.
