Looking for a couple things for my 96 Cobra.... First Item: a set of pintle caps for the injectors. Ford sells them with a complimentary injector included.. Second Item: O-rings to re-seal the oil cooler. Ford also only sells this as an assembly...

Any Ideas..?

Local parts store for the pintle caps and o-rings. They should be a stocked item as they are the same from 86-04 and are the same for many GM's and Jeep applications.
As far as the oil cooler o-ring, I would take it off and bring that to parts store and try to match it up with something.

I have most of the common pintle caps in stock... These are definitely not common. I found some for a SOHC 5.4 that were the same height, but I had to taper the center hole with a drill bit to match them to the original.. I'd really like to find the correct parts.

The cooler o-rings are silicone, approx. 3-4 inches in diameter..The local parts store isn't going to be much help.
