I dropped my Nittos Drag Radials down to 12.5 PSI at the track and cut 1.7 60ft and they are 18s x 10.5.

I use to run my nittos at 20-22psi on the street and they were fine.. I also had 315's... you can fit only a nitto d/r at 315 on the 17x9... and it shouldn't affect the traction... Mine wore pretty even until my alignment got screwy, lol...

But the only tire you can run that on is the nitto d/r... I had 315/35-17 on my stock rim. It really didn't bulge much at all, if any.
