What is the difference between a T-5 and T-45 hurst shifter?

What is the difference between a T-5 and T-45 hurst shifter?

I have a 99 svt cobra and im looking to buy a hurst competiton plus shifter. Will a shifter for a t-5 work on a t-45? Is the boot the only difference?
