so im trying to decide which one i wana run on my 97 cobra. and so far the only thing i can find is a few hundred dollar price difference, can anyone tell me what the difference may be?

only mods i hav so far are CAI and BBK OR/H pipe

There is only 1 difference between the BX and the regular. The BX is made out of Aluminized steel(mild steel w/coating) and 409ss in certain areas. The regular is made completely of 304 stainless steel

hmm well thats odd, but i mean it is sweet they make a kit for someone wants the sound and doesnt wana spend $600. im guna order that soon.

Get the BX Cat-Back. It is still a real quality piece. The mufflers are made of 409 stainess-steel, the tubing is aluminized steel and the exhaust tips are 304stainless-steelpolised

I have the Bassani BX Cat back on my 01, and it sounds great. I talked to a few people who all said go with BX and save the money.

yea i mean i bought an h pipe and the first thing i did was paint it with blk high temp header paint to prevent rust. so ill prolly do the same for the catback or just let it be my car doesnt see weather anyhow

I'd leave it be. The mufflers to the BX are made of stainless-steel so they will last for a while

yea i prolly will, like i said mine doesnt c much weather so it should be fine for years lol, plus bassani is pretty much like the best quality parts anyway
