Yes I know they are 4V I just didnt know if the newer ones were better flowing. I may not know a ton about Cobras but I know more than the average person. I think I am going to put the heads on hold anyways.

I was also not implying I get 2V heads I was just asking if they make 4V heads that are improved in newer years over the 96-98. I know this now that they do but for the price to power ratio its not worth it unless I am going to put some boost on it.

It would be worth it if you were going to make an N/A car(like me lol; after years and years). Otherwise our heads are great, just get them Port and Polished and they will flow very well, and they will love boost even more than they do now.. So i would say that is your best bet my man..
