Default so 4.10s with a 2.6L KB are a no no?

ok so im a s/c newb as in i know nothing about them, so if i build an engine with decently low compression, and throw a 2.6KB on there, first of all will the 2.6L KB bolt onto any modular 4.6, and will it make a difference if i bore it? I think MFJ said i should go 3.55s or 3.73s for my car with a 2.6L KB but idk why im guessing to much low end with 4.10s + KB, he might have said something about that i forget lol thats why im asking again. Also turns out my dad has installed a few sets of rear end gears and just now decided to tell me he can do them, he did them in his monte carlo (enduro dirt track car) and his buddys prostock (dirt track car) and they both held up for a few years (still work today),so i think hes gonna do mine for me, w00t. So now that i know the gears are goin in asap i wanna get this figured out, if 4.10s are just gonna be overkill because i already have some 4.10s but im sure i could trade them for a set of 3.73s, by the way anyone wanna trade if this is the case? brand new in box 0 miles on them only taken out to count the teeth!

I was simply saying, that unless you have some SERIOUS traction mods, 4.10's with a Kenne Bell = you spinning you're tires, while the other car is leaving you...

4.10's with a Kenne Bell is alright, with traction mods, and at least a good set of drag radials, but for us high power guys, 4.10's force a SHIFT into 5th gear, before the end of a 1/4 mile, which is a NO NO...

And you need a lower manifold of an 03/04 cobra, as well as tumble port C heads, to bolt on the KB 2.6L

Yeah, I would keep the 3.55s.. you might be able to get away with 3.73... but if you get that KB... you really need to spend a lot of money on your suspension.... I mean with my ported blower I was blowin the tires off of my Nitto D/Rs... unless I heated them up at the track nice and good...

now im not so sure about KB, or i might just do the suspension work and get some 3.55, but it almost seems like a waste to go from 3.27s to 3.55s ehhh im so perplexed.
