I have an 03 Cobra with 42,000 miles on it. It has 2.8 pulley, headers, x pipe, bassani exhaust, accufab throttle body, and K&N intake, it was dynoed at 461 supposively says the dude where i bought it from. So question is what should I do next?

you get that sucker on the dyno, with a wideband, and you make sure that your air/fuel is where it should be at!

+1 Also get a plenum & all your cooling mods such as h/e and head cooling mod. Maybe some Nitto d/r's also.

yepp get your heaton cooled with you have a 2.8 pulley and get your cobra under boost that thing is putting fire into your engine fire plus an ????able tune you need to at least get that thing on the dyno to see whats up. Then get a port or some spray or both!!! Then you will go realll fast!!!

only mods that should be done before a dyno tune that you dont have, are: cooling mods as stated above, short throw shifter, suspension mods (that way you have a way of using all the power you want) ......
