Default car wheel hopping bad

Ok so let me start by saying that I need some help on this one. My cobra is wheel hopping really bad and I am afraid of messing somethin up so I want to ask what should I do to help this problem out. I have Nitto 555 315's on the rear, I put down 501 rwhp and have stock suspension. I am running about 18 lbs of pressure in the rear and it doesn't matter how hot or cold the tires or the weather is it still hops. So I am going to the track next week and I would really like some input on this one so I don't go launching my car and something breaks. Also if anyone has any tips about launching there car or running it in an 8th let me know because this will be my first trip to the track.

Ok so check it out....first of and this might sound dumb of me but make sure that your lugs are the rigth thread pitch for the stud and make sure that they are screwed in in a good torque pattern...i.e. the star pattern. next if it is still hopping check your suspension...do you have aftermarket? is it stiff? do you corner hard....these are all factors that could play a part in your wheel hopping. I suggest not going to the track until you figure it out...and if you want to know how to launch you just have to go from stop light to stop light and find the perfect rpm for dumping your clutch. I launch at about 2300 rpm and don't spin at all but then again I have drag radials so I can launch harder. try and check all that ok? Hope my rant helped you!

dont dump the clutch so hard and practice.
if you have one week to get ready, try ordering some poly diff bushings.they helped out a lot so i can only imaging swapping all the irs bushing will do. other brands will work too.

one thing with the tire pressure, running lower pressure on a radial tires doesnt necessarily increase you tire foot print, really low press. will cause the tire to cup inward in the middle.

how much air pressure does everyone usually use? Could i run too little and create more wheel hop?
