5w20 oil. I run synthetic mobile 1. For the plugs you could get tr6's but if its stock just buy the stock plugs. You can find out what you need at advance autoparts, if you walk in they will tell you what your stock plugs are on the computer.

Make sure to use that anti seeze plug goop and change them plugs before you warm up the engine at all, so its a morning or late night job. Many people strip the threads, of course thats usually 2v guys.

Default Oil change with spark plugs

I run a Vortech V-1 in my Saleen.
What would be a good plug for the boost?

I use to run the same plugs as above in my 500rwhp Cobra (forget the gap)... so im sure that would be fine in your car...

As far as oil.. I used 5w20 in my Cobra, as I do in my Mach 1... but, I will use Mobil 1, Penzoil or Valvoline .. just make sure you don't use a Fram filter... it's a POS... I normally just buy the good ol' Ford ones (motorcraft) ...

I wouldn't use Royal Purple... A lot of money for no real reason.. I have heard more bad things about Royal Purple engine oil, then good things... If I were to use an expensive oil (more expensive then above).. it'd be Amsoil.
