It will last longer then you think the way he did it. He went up high on the rpms let it go but you can tell he didnt go full throttle that he reved high let off then got in it

Corvette LS1 vs F-body LS1:
-exact same heads
-exact same block
-exact same crank/rods/pistons
-exact same intake manifold
-slightly different cam specs (negligible)
-different shaped oil pan
-different serpentine belt pulley layout

please do go on

The Cobra has gone high 10's on a 100 shot... It is a stage IV Ported Steggy, with SRA, 4.10 Gears, and all supporting mods, on slicks... He was not on bottle on that run... Not the best driver though, and he also weighs 300+ lbs, lol...

Gears alone will allow you to beat a lot of them
Most of the LS1's running anything over a 13.6 stock ethier have issues with the car or need a driver mod lol Theres a few ls1 f-bodys bone stock besides tires on youtube running 12.7-12.8s. The manuels will be able to run lower times but arent usally as consistent. Heres a video of a stock 02 SS camaro running a 12.69 with just a set of et streets http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SkXFFrpVgRQ But like xxkazp2rxx said it defiantly depends on the options on the car... the biggest one being the driver.
