Great! Let me know if i can give any more encouraging Hind-sight advice.

Now you have to upgrade the power steering res. tank. looks kinda scared of those metal tanks in front of him.

...Well, thinking about it at work today, worst case I can't get the plastic out of the pet ****, I could weld a piece of Aluminum or overdrill and weld a bung with a AN plug over the spot and seal off!? What you think?

have anymore luck with it another idea that goes along with the screwdriver maybe a cheap small wood chizzel that you dont mind pissibly hurting and heat that to redness...or just keep melting a deeper and deeper groove until you can get a screwdriver in there

if you went to weld it it would prolly melt the plastic...you could prolly melt the plastic till it was gone

even better drill out the plastic as big as you can without messin the radiator threads and try the screw driver like that if it doesnt work the first way and if that doesnt work then try break the plastic out in little pieces then flush with a hose

pwh!!! lol

They're both PFab tanks...the one with the red cap is for the heat exchanger for the Eaton...Yes, I polished the tank myself! ...looks much better in person then in the pic!
