Blown - a couple of guys I saw... Don't remember their names, but they were both just over 1,000 --- like 1,005 or so... They were a couple of guys in florida that i saw their cars while I was getting mine tuned... I stayed around afterwards to watch and hear, lol

yeah Ive seen a stock bottom end GT hold 600 rwhp to... doesnt make it the rule. Ive seen at least 5 cobra motors let go in the 600-800 range, there are always exceptions but say that the stock motor is "built to handle 1200rwhp" is retarded

Cobra motors should NOT let go in the 600hp range, unless your running lean, or running too much timing for the octane level in your tank... BUT EVENTUALLY, THE MOTOR WILL GO AT ANY POWER LEVEL, BECAUSE ENGINES DO NOT LAST FOREVER. A sad fact, indeed...

yeah 600rwhp is like GT's going at 320rwhp - it just shouldn't happen.
I know it's not the rule; it is the exception of course -- but they can hold it every once in a while...
But like I said earlier, and blown sorta said before; the bottom end is weaker in the Shelby; it's just the higher displacement helps keep it intact... if you take that same motor and make it a 4.6 there's no way it holds nearly the same power as the Terminator motor.
