Service engine soon light

car is throwing two codes, PO135- 02 heater (h+r - 11) CKT (b1, s1) and PO155 (h+r - 21) CKT (b2, s1)

what does this mean/ how do i get rid of it, i cleared the codes but on the second start up they come back

check all of your fuses with a test light, thats how i found my CE light problem.

alright i will, i forgot to mention they came on the 2nd time i started the car after changing my oil, that shouldnt have anything to do with it though.

found some help online, it says its my front 02 sensors and that its most likely a short, but if it were a short wouldn't only one sensor go out? anyone know what fuse the 02s are run off of?
