Stock 1998 Cobra beat a 2008 SRT8 Challenger from a 60 mph roll?
I was cruising down the highway and suddenly a srt8 challenger was on my tail. No one was on the road but us. I looked in my rearview mirror and I seen he was going to pass so he had the jump on me so I kicked it down in 3rd gear which brought rpms to about 4800-5000. then when I hit 4th gear i jump a car length on him we got to about 130 then we backed off but I thought challengers were faster than that and yes it was a SRT 8 V8 car. the only thing that is done to my car is BBK H pipe with magnaflow catback exhaust and 373 gears.

That's very good! You are only at about 320 to the crank (hopefully) and you beat a car that has over 100 more hp! The challenger also only weighs like 4100 vs our 3390, which makes having more HP important. Don't know how it happened but congrats!

good kill, smack those mopars in their place. big heavy cars, not to take anything from their engines but i think they are all hype whith their hemi commercials. i spank an srt8 challenger that still had the temporary plate from the dealer and the driver though he was hot **** with he lady next to him. guess he has never heard what a termi with the top down (for aerodynamics) can do =) from a roll, i just smoked 2nd gear passing him as if he was driving an import.
