03 COBRA TRANNY SHAKING???
JUST GOT A NEW CENTERFORCE DFX CLUTCH, THROW OUT BEARING, AND QUADRANT INSTALLED ON MY 03 COBRA....AND IT SEEMS THE TRANNY LIKES TO SHAKE WHEN STARTING OUT IN FIRST GEAR.....JUST WONDERING IF THIS WOULD BE CAUSED BY WORN OUT TRANNY MOUNTS???? OR SOMETHING ELSE????

Just clutch chatter. Totally normal during break in. BUT, you have to ride the clutch a little more when you run a kevlar clutch like the DFX. That clutch chatter can chew up a flywheel if you keep on doing it. (Learned that one the hard way).

It's not the trans doing that, it's the clutch. You can make it go away by riding the clutch a little more upon inital rolling. It will help the kevlar seat better.
All the chatter is, is the clutch plate (friction disc) not seating (gripping) the flywheel and pressure plate all the way. It grabs and lets go, grabs and lets go, until there's enough heat in it to stick. Then it doesn't chatter any more.

so will this go away once i break the clutch in? the car has been driven approx 200 miles(mostly highway miles) since it was put in, just seems to make the whole car shake, hope it will go away, and isnt riding the clutch bad for it and make it wear out faster?

200 miles normally isn't enough.. especially on the highway... I know my spec3 was about 500 miles before it really went away...
I don't know what you mean by "notchy" when you shift. Are you talking about the actual shifter feeling notchy, or is it grabbing hard when you do shift it?

Dude..... seriously take your car to a mechanic.
Either your car is seriously PHUCKED or you are a vehicle Hypochondriac
Im basing this off your Threads;
03 COBRA TICKING NOISE FROM TRANNY
03 COBRA HARD START
03 COBRA TRANNY PROBLEMS
03 COBRA METAL TO METAL NOISE DURING ACCELERATION
03 COBRA SUPERCHARGER BELT SLIPPING???
03 COBRA TRANNY SHAKING???
