I just bought an 04 cobra convertible a few weeks ago, it has only 40,000km & came with a bassani exhaust system & and a cold air intake already installed, the previous owner said its around 400rwhp.

I am thinking of getthing a hypertech max energy programmer (or what else would you suggest?)

and also looking at this item on ebay which claims +60hp:

what are a few other inexpensive things I could do? ive never been a mustang man until the first second I sat in the driver seat, now im hooked, so thanks for helping an svt newb.

Welcome & congrats! ...I would get an SCT tuner (canned tunes for the Cobra good to start with) ....Exhaust, Pulley & CAI a great place to start...

the pulley system i was looking @ on ebay & the SCT tuner sound like a good start though

I would go with a SCT. If you do a pulley swap you need a dyno tune, so do them at the same time. When you say full exhaust do you mean headers and mid-pipe to?
