Thanks all, I ended up buying the car. Nice ride. Compared to my 05 Saleen I think this one will be a keeper.

Congrats bro. I too am looking to get a cobra soon. I was like you, very concerned about the ticking cylinder head issue. If you car was built after November 01, 2002 you should be fine.

Here's a couple, nothing great though. Also included one of the Saleen, sold last sept. nice car but if you need parts now that Saleen is very questionable, could be a car expensive to maintain.
