Where did my power go

Where did my power go
My 01 cobra with bolts on in sig made 320 hp to whels. I just had a CHP 5.1L 11 to 1 compression motor installed. The heads got new springs and retainers And comp stag two cams. I installed bbl longtubes headers with a offroad xpipe. The car was put on the dyno with 22degrees max timing and the a/f was dead on. The car only put down 310 rwhp.
M question s what the crap happened. How do I lose hp with a stroker motor, better cams, longtubes, offroad x pipe, mre compression? Is the tune way off? What should max timing be?
Any help would be appreciated. Because I Just drooped some cashon this **** and lost hp.

theres a lot of variables, what octane gas are you running? you could be using too hot or too cold of spark plugs, your cams could be timed wrong, your heads could be at their limit and not feeding enough air to your motor same with your intake, whats your A/F you could be too lean/rich

Spark Plugs I dont know about. I had NGK TR6s in it before. 93 octane gas. Air fuel ratio really close to 13.0 threwout power band. I will double check with shop tomorrow.
If it was the heads I think it would at least go back to what it was before. It made 320rwhp before the balanced, blue printed, stroked aluminum block, with 11-1 compression. Plus the heads where completely redone. A head shop did it and replaced anything that needed it. Has comp stage 2 CAMS with appropiate springs and retainers. Intake is stock. But I would assume that it would make at least the same horsepower before.
I figured the stock 01 cobra heads and intake would support closer to 450-480 hp before they became a restriction.
Does anybody no how much total timing a N/A 4 valve motor usually runs. I thought 22 degrees total timing sounds a little low.
On the exhaust side. I went from ford racing shortys and a catted basanni x-pipe to ceramic coated BBK Longtubes and a BBK offroad x-pipe.
Also If the Cams where out of timing wouldn't it make the car rough horrible. I was told the thing runs and idles perfect.
Thanks
Jason

22 degrees of timing is actually on the higher side.
and its possible that the cams are not the correct lobe for the high compression heads, if its opening the valves to early/late it may be reducing your compression

Is there any way I can tell if the Cams are the issue? Maybe compression check or something. So with 11-1 compression 22 degrees total timing seems a little high.
I will check with them and see what the specs of the cams are. I am pretty sure they asked comp which cams they recommend for my specific setup but you never know.
Again thanks for your help..
