I've definetly been bitten.
I was listening to exhaust sound clips on youtube.
I really like a deep throaty sound and stainless steel.
I really like the Borlas but the Magnaflows didn't sound bad either.
I would do just a catback system. The Borlas are alot more $$$ any reason why?
I would like personal opinions on the two exhausts please.
How much more HP would I gain?

You and your cobra would love 4.10's. I suggest buying a $500 POS daily driver so you can go all out on your car.

I would like to stick with stainless steel exhaust and I'm not sure if Bassani is SS. I read somewhere that flowmaster is going to start making SS exhausts. I'm not sure when though.

4.30's.

I dd'd 4.30's in my N/A Mach, and while they were pretty nasty on the highway, it was an absolute monster at the bottom end. If you don't want something that extreme though, either 3.90 like others have said or 4.10. I plan on doing a 3.90 gear at some point in the future.

As far as exhaust goes, I'd go with Borla if you want something SS and sounds amazing. It's expensive, but you can probably pick up a used catback in nice condition for half the price. I love my stingers.
